I will look at all aspects of the SEO program, including:
- Strengths and weaknesses of the program
- Knowledge and capabilities of those who manage it
- Current total and organic search performance
- Short and long-term goals of the company
- Performance of the main competitors
We will set a meeting to review all items included in the SOW and discuss the cadence for work. We will also set up recurring update meetings to ensure that a time is on the books for us to update each others on the latest happenings and ensure that nothing is missed. We will also align with any additional stakeholders who have a say in how the program is built and executed and should be kept in the loop.
