VP, SEO (Agency) – 2015-2022

Overview – Developed the SEO program in support of our +40 medium to large clients. Brands that we served include PUMA, Purdue Global, Del Monte, Fruit of the Loom, Carmax, DriveTime, Our results are proven. When a client commits to actively partner with us for 12 months they see an average increase in organic traffic of 66%. However, when they commit to 24 months that increase jumps to 167%.
Management – Built and led a team of ~30 SEO professionals who provided SEO and link development support for our clients.

CVS Health

Sr. Manager, SEO (In-house) – 2013- 2015

Overview – Developed and implement corporate SEO strategy for www.cvs.com and related websites. This included increasing organic and local search visibility for 7,800 CVS stores and 900 Minute Clinics across the US, as well as corporate evangelism on the power of SEO.
Management – Built and led a team of 3 SEO professionals.

Choice Hotels International

Manager, SEO (In-house) – 2006-2013

Overview – Developed and managed a highly successful SEO program that drove organic search for www.choicehotels.com, and 10 branded websites (during my tenure).

These brands included stand alone websites for Comfort Inn, Quality Inn.com, Sleep Inn, Cambria Suites, Econolodge and others. Our team helped to drive over $250M annually at its peak for our franchisees.

SmartHealth

Producer, Ecommerce (In-house) – 2005 – 2006

Overview – Developed and managed PPC paid search strategy with $1M+ budget and SEO Organic search campaigns to generate traffic and brand awareness for SmartHealth properties including www.SmartScrubs.com and www.SmartPractice.com.
Management – None. A one-person show.

Also managed and collaborated with a paid search agency to provide PPC support. Developed and supported monitoring and reporting of total search performance.

Troon Golf

Internet Marketing Manager (In-house) – 2004-2005

Overview – Managed the organic SEO efforts for TroonGolf.com and the +80 individual property level websites such as WhirlwindGolf.com, DiplomatGolf.com, MaderasGolf.com, and The Revere in Las Vegas.
Management – None. A one-person show.

Cybermark International

Director of SEO (Agency) – 2001-2004

Overview – Developed and managed SEO program and internet marketing campaigns for 50+ small to medium sized businesses.
Provided hands-on SEO support as well as implemented shopping cart functionality, and client technical support for web design, images, and website scripting.
Management – Built and led a small team of 4 SEO professionals.

Manager, Web Content – 2000
